Even the simplest system can be daunting when it's new. If you're new to the system see Get Started for the essential user guides and consider attending our training days for fast track to getting up and running quickly.

If you're looking for an answer to a specific problem... 

1. Search the site - If you're looking for an answer to a specific question type the topic into the search box at the top of the page to find information across the whole site.
2. Browse Help - Try browsing the Common Questions area for answers to frequently asked questions or view help by application if you're looking for help on a specific application.
3. Forums - If you still can't find the answer, for the quickest response, submit your question to the commuity of users who use Insight on a regular basis in the forums, and why not answer someone else's post while you're there.
4. Email your Request - If you can't find the answer you're looking for, use our support request form to submit a question, bug report, or feature request to our technical support department.
